Robert became a Licensed Real Estate Salesperson in 2008. His many years in the business world shaped his approach to representing buyers and sellers. Robert operates under the belief that listening carefully to his clients' needs and working in concert with them to reach a common goal will always bring the best results.
Diverse Professional Experience
Robert spent over twenty productive years in the field of entertainment and music marketing. While at EMCI, he played key roles in selling and activating multi-million dollar strategic alliances between Fortune 500 companies and top-name talent. Deals included Sprint/Rolling Stones; Citibank/Elton John; Sears/Phil Collins and E*TRADE/Tina Turner. Robert was Pepsi's field marketing manager on Rod Stewart's "Vagabond Hearts" European tour and produced all interactive on-site sponsor/artist events.
Dealing personally with high-profile celebrities and managing the complex relationships among artists' management, record labels, talent agencies, PR firms, arena staffs and client account groups sharpened Robert's negotiating, communication and creative problem-solving skills. This valuable experience provided him with a solid foundation to enter the world of real estate sales.
Robert was the creator and co-executive producer of the "TNN Country Music Songwriting Contest", an evergreen property that brought fledgling songwriters from across the nation to the attention of Nashville-based music professionals and network viewers. Presenting sponsors included Hardee's and Tacoma Guitars.
As a successful touring professional musician, Robert worked and recorded with pop star Rex Smith. Robert was the featured singer/performer on NBC's "Hot Hero Sandwich", an Emmy Award-winning musical variety show for young teens. Robert learned the time-tested value of working hard and giving maximum effort every time.
He is the creator of "The Keepsake Collage", an upscale, commemorative gift for special occasions that earned him a 2009 cover story in The Journal News. Robert makes them for clients as house-warming gifts, mitzvahs or to welcome a new member of the family.
Family and Community
Robert has lived in Larchmont for over twenty-one years. During that time he has gained a comprehensive knowledge of the lower Westchester County area and compiled a vast network of contacts. He is married with two daughters. Robert graduated with honors from Georgia State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in marketing and advertising. He has also done post-graduate studies at The New School in New York City.
